The main view is a Torex-style compositor: a real ISAR interior photo with the selected catalog door overlaid in the doorway. Interiors and door slots live in `catalog.json` (`interiors[]` with `src`, `thumb`, `slot`). Users can upload their own room photo and drag the door. 3D remains as a second mode.

Admin: edit `configurator/catalog.json` to add models and options. Each model needs `id`, `productId`, `name`, `style` (`slab`, `groove-h`, `groove-v`, `panels-2`, `panels-3`, `panels-4`, `glass-side`, `glass-wide`, `glass-split`, `glass-center`), `basePrice`, `preview`, `defaults`. Optional `options.finishes` / `options.glass` / `options.handles` / `options.hinges` / `options.locks` restrict the lists. Size extras and option `price` fields are indicative. Interior `slot` is `{x,y,w,h}` in 0–1 of the photo.

Catalog prices are the published kit prices for the standard size 900×2060 mm, 40 mm thick, including frame, trims, handle, hinges, delivery and installation. Size and option deltas in the configurator are indicative; sales confirms the final amount. Manufacturing generally takes about a month.
